Institutions often engage communities with good intentions but no structural change. Institutions often engage communities with good intentions but no structural change. We prototyped a SaaS platform that helps organizations move from intention-based engagement to structurally embedded partnership — through maturity assessments, practical toolkits, leadership programs, cohorts, community, and a full admin CRM — while running entirely on mock data so it can be demoed without a backend.
Built Community Trust Lab as a high-fidelity platform spanning a marketing site, participant app, role-scoped workspaces, and an admin CRM. Every page reads through accessor functions backed by a typed mock layer, with a drop-in Turso/Drizzle repository returning the same domain types — so real persistence and Resend email can be switched on without UI churn.
Next.js 16 App Router with React 19 server and client components, strict TypeScript domain types as the single source of truth, Tailwind CSS v4 tokens, shadcn/ui-pattern primitives on Radix, Recharts for admin reporting, Turso (libSQL) + Drizzle ORM wired via a repository layer, and Resend email with a simulated console fallback.
A detailed breakdown of our systematic approach to delivering this AI transformation, including key milestones, deliverables, and how we overcame challenges.
Community Trust Lab is a client-ready prototype where every page is complete and populated with realistic data, running fully without a backend — while Turso and Resend are wired and ready to switch on.
Fully demoable to clients without any secrets or infrastructure
Assessment produces actionable maturity results and recommendations
Admin CRM gives operators real oversight of programs and participants
Migration path to real persistence is drop-in, not a rewrite
“Being able to demo the entire platform with zero setup made stakeholder reviews effortless”
A reusable mock-to-database migration pattern
Proven multi-role SaaS architecture
Types-first approach keeps schema and UI in sync
Let's discuss how we can deliver measurable business impact for your organization.

“Community Trust Lab proved you can ship a client-ready SaaS prototype that runs on mock data yet is one credential away from real persistence. The types-first, repository-backed approach is now our template for demoable platforms.”

Small businesses need CRM functionality but existing tools are either too simple (spreadsheets) or too complex and expensive (Salesforce, HubSpot enterprise). We set out to build a modern, full-featured CRM that covers deals, contacts, time tracking, and invoicing in one cohesive application — with an API-first architecture.
View Case StudyRecruiting is a two-sided relationship, but most ATS tools are built entirely for the recruiter. Candidates are left in the dark with no visibility into where they stand, what documents were received, or what happens next. We wanted to build a platform that serves both sides equally.
